Adopt Me!

A few weeks ago I volunteered to photograph an LA City Animal Services pet adoption that also doubled as an art opening at the
G2 Gallery in Venice Beach. On display were photos, sculptures and paintings of dogs and cats which help inspire people to adopt. Here are a few highlights:

Last week Donna and I were in New Jersey celebrating her Grandfather's 90th birthday (great party) and also took some time to visit The City. I've spent very little time in New York so it gave me a chance to photograph the Big Apple as a tourist. See below for some of the highlights.

I am NOT a wedding photographer... ok, I am.

I shot stills on the upcoming feature "Your Wedding 5/31/09". Trippy experience to shoot wedding photos, not for a wedding but a production. It still had the same energy and was a blast to cover.

Character Project

Last night I shot the red carpet arrivals at the "Public Gallery Exhibition of American Character: A Photographic Journey" at the Ace Gallery in Beverly Hills. USA Networks and Vanity Fair sponsored the event hosted by Ludacris. See below for a few of my shots from the evening. Every year I take family shots of our friends to mark a special anniversary. After getting kicked off the roof of the tragically hip Standard Hotel, we ended up shooting at the restored LA Downtown Library. We wrapped a long day of photography with a great French meal.
