Diesel Vampire

Actress Mishel Prada thinks red

I was invited to shoot stills on the set of Lior Chefetz’ spec commercial, “Diesel Vampire” at USC’s Robert Zemeckis Center. Lior was directing a short tale of young love, fashion and… bloodsucking. Here are a few pics.

Lampooned

Last night I shot the red carpet arrivals for the premiere of National Lampoons' “One, Two, Many” at the Arclight here in Hollywood. Everything was pretty normal until the Kardashian girls showed up. The photographers simply went ape-s#*t. The shooter next to me got all ocd and yelled KIM, OVER HERE probably 50 times.

KIM, OVER HERE- KIM, OVER HERE-KIM, OVER HERE-KIM, OVER HERE-KIM, OVER HERE-KIM, OVER HERE-

At one point Kris Jenner watched him with a perplexed face then looked at me and we shared a shrug

Mad Men & Women

Where are my Mad Men Fans at? On Monday the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences presented "Inside... Mad Men," honoring the AMC series. I shot the cast arriving at the Television Academy in North Hollywood and both men and women were looking pretty good.

Shot-Tini

It has been a while since I blogged. Lot's been going on, just haven't taken the time to add new entries. I sit here now after a few days off enjoying life-- anxious to share. First off, see below my new invention. If you want to experience what the perfect martini in a shot glass tastes like, see me after class. I give you the Shot-Tini:

Aside from inventing elixirs, I've been shooting events for FilmMagic and

Folkhlore

I shot my first movie poster!!! My bud David Freeman wrote, directed and starred in his gothic vampire movie "Folkhlore." I shot him in full armor posing from a scene in the script. Later he got with the talented layout artist Jaimie to finalize the official poster. The last image is of David proudly posing with his piece.

Happy 2008

Even though we are at the end of January, I wanted to wish everyone the best for 2008. Much to blog about so I thought I better get on it. At the beginning of the month we went away for D's birthday to Palm Desert for a few days. But before we did anything we kept to our yearly traditional ceremony of petting a goat and prank calling Carl Rove. It seems to always bring us luck.

Just kidding... Here you see Donna on the phone getting birthday wishes from our good friend Sue while visiting a petting zoo at the Living Desert Animal Park. Here are some more African animals enjoying the California desert climate.

Nicotine addicts give each other comfort.

Enjoying the view.

We finished up our trip with a refreshing hike into the desert.
